Oh, I love It's Perfectly Normal! Is your son going to read it? I remember when my son was a little older than your son, one of his friends started asking him confused questions about sex, about things he'd heard of from other kids, and my son took him to the library (only a couple blocks away) and showed him that book. It sure straightened out some inaccurate ideas the other boy had.

I like your current location addition to the template.

So many books! Are you reading one page of each at a time, and just rotating through them?

yes, I will echo what other's are saying...you are doing some great reading! I can fully understand the noise children make...but mainly the way when you sit down with a book they just NEED to interrupt you!!:) They are wonderful though, truly.

Happy reading!!

"9-year-old boys make a lot of noise"...cracked me up! And you know what, I think that can actually just be generalized to a simple "boys" :)

You and Laura are still doing great though! Hope you're both having fun!

I commend you for the time spent reading. Although I would love to sit and read a wonderfully interesting book for a long while, my kids wont let me. I am constantly bombarded with "mommy do's" and cant sit back to get reading again. I am however enjoying this read-a-thon and even though I am not reading books...I'm reading posts and updates on all participants and cheerleaders...I'm having a blast!!!!

Keep up the great work!!!
