LibraryThing Early Reviewers

Yes! I snagged another Early Review book from LibraryThing! I'm getting Becky by Lenore Hart, which is about an adult Becky Thatcher, of Tom Sawyer fame, telling her story. It sounds like a great read!

I'm making progress with my first Early Review copy, Every Past Thing by Pamela Thompson. I'll save my thoughts for a full-on review when I finish it. My feelings about it are quite complicated.

You are SO lucky! Two Early Reviewer books so far! I haven't gotten any (sniff!). I guess you need to have 200+ (or at least 100+) books in your library. I know you've actually READ all of yours, but I refuse to list books sitting on my shelves if I haven't read them recently.

Oh, that book does sound good! Hope you enjoy, and can't wait to hear about it!

I've read most of the ones on my shelf, but not all. When I first started adding, I added everything, now I'm more selective. I usually add a book when I start reading it, but I also sometimes add them right when I get them (like when I get a Bookmooch book, it gives me the option to add it to LibraryThing when I mark it received).

Lucky you! I requested Becky and also The Winter Rose by Jennifer Donnelly. I'm getting The Winter Rose. I'll look forward to your comments on Becky once you've read it.
